How I can be of help (available virtually) -
One-on-one coaching sessions: These sessions are designed to help you level up your life. How? By tapping into what your body, brain, and gut is telling you.
Together we’ll discover what your vision is for your physical, mental, and spiritual health, uncover what might be holding you back from feeling your best, and figure out how we can bring your vision to life.
Whether you’re lacking energy, dealing with obstacles in your health, or just feeling stuck in life, I’ve got you covered! I offer personalized programs tailored to your needs and goals. The standard program is a one hour-long session every week for 12 weeks, with the option to extend the program after that.
Company Workshops, Events, and Meditations: I work with small businesses and larger companies to offer guided meditations and wellness workshops designed to help boost employees' overall mental health, give them tools to manage stress, and teach them how to take care of themselves so they can continue to be successful and productive at work.
I lead 15 minute meditations that ground, relax, fulfill, and center you and your colleagues. Some choose to start off staff meetings this way or to end a busy day with a wind down meditation.
I lead 45 minute wellness workshops that are customized to your employees’ needs. As we live in an ever changing world, we need different support at different times in our lives.
Before leading a meditation or workshop I work with a Company representative to make sure that you get the most out my time with you all. We will discuss current challenges and cater to those needs.

My Coaching Philosophy
As a Certified Health and Life Coach, my mission is to help you step into alignment with your best, most magnificent self. And that starts with embracing one simple truth: You are already whole. I’m not here to fix you because you’re not broken.
My role is to help you realize your own power, get in touch with what you want out of life, and take steps to implement it.
That involves asking you questions, challenging you to rethink your habits, offering practical solutions and advice, encouraging you to get outside your comfort zone, and cheering you on as you make changes to your routine and mindset.
Together, we’ll work on putting the conditions in place so that success—whatever it looks like for you—becomes inevitable.

We often don’t take care of ourselves until we’re already unwell. Instead of just treating your symptoms, we’ll address their root issues. Together we’ll explore solutions related to nutrition, movement, and mental wellbeing that help you live your healthiest life starting now.
Accountability
Changing your life is an inside job. I’m here to offer tools, tips, and support, but the work is yours to do. The good news? It’s the most rewarding journey you’ll ever take.
Openness
My goal is to create a judgment-free zone where you can be 100% authentically you. I want you to feel comfortable being vulnerable and be open to learning new things. There are no wrong answers ever. I’ll always receive what you say with total compassion and understanding.
